How to Use

•Mix a small amount of bentonite clay with water or apple cider vinegar until you reach a smooth, spreadable consistency. Apply an even layer to clean skin, avoiding the eyes and lips. Allow the mask to sit for approximately 5–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.

For sensitive or dry skin, use water instead of apple cider vinegar and avoid allowing the mask to become overly dry or cracked.

•Dip into with your toothbrush after you’ve put toothpaste onto it and brush for 2-3 minutes.

•Put 2 tablespoons of spoons into a foot soak along with bath salts. 

•Put 4 tablespoons spoons into a large bath with bath salts.
