Ingredients:
Ginseng Root, Peppermint, Yerba Mate, Green Tea, Ashwagandha, Guayusa, Spearmint, Gotu Kola, Licorice, Black Tea & Sage

How to Prepare:
Steep 1 teaspoon per 8 oz of hot water for 10–15 minutes. Strain and enjoy warm or over ice.
